Report: Outcome of the IAEA Regulatory Review Mission on Handling of ALPS Treated Water at Fukushima DNPS

IAEA visited Japan and reviewed NRA (Nuclear Regulation Authority) ’s examination and reviewed process and contents regarding ALPS treated water handling at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO)'s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station from March 21st to 25th. The FPCJ invited senior officials of the IAEA to explain the outcome of the visit.
The briefing had a total of 67 participants including journalists from Brazil, China, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and the USA.
