Based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) and the City of London Corporation concerning the exchange and cooperation, which was concluded in December 2017 (*), the Green Finance Seminar is to be organized jointly by TMG and the British Embassy in Japan.

For the fourth time this year, we are planning to include in the program a keynote speech by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, a talk with experts from Japan and the UK, and a roundtable discussion with the financial professionals.

In “Global Financial City: Tokyo’ Vision 2.0 --- Realizing a Sustainable Recovery to Become a Global Financial City Leading the World ---”

We will introduce the latest trends and work being done by both cities on Green Finance, which has been rapidly expanding in recent years. We welcome you to watch the program.
