There is only one year left until the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020. With preparations entering their final stage, what efforts are being made to ensure the Games will be safe and enjoyable, and to demonstrate the appeal of Tokyo to athletes, visitors, and media from around the world? The FPCJ invited Ms. Yuriko KOIKE, Governor of Tokyo, to speak about the state of preparations and her hopes to make the Games a success.

 

The briefing had a total of 29 journalists from China, Taiwan, Singapore, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, UK, and the USA.
