TOKYO PACK 2024
The Japan Packaging Institute (JPI) has been organizing the biennial international packaging exhibition TOKYO PACK since 1966 to provide the ultimate packaging experience for both exhibitors and visitors.

This year, TOKYO PACK 2024 will be held under the theme " TOKYO PACK Inspires the Packaging World – A Gateway to Innovation – “, from October 23 to 25, 2024 at Tokyo Big Sight, celebrating the significant milestone of its 30th anniversary.

A total of 721 companies/organizations have registered to exhibit in 2,313 booths, including 171 from 15 overseas countries, regions and special administrative regions. Despite the Covid pandemic, a total of 53,466 people from 43 countries visited TOKYO PACK 2022. TOKYO PACK 2024 is expected to attract even more visitors.

In addition to a wide variety of exhibitions, key figures from Japan and abroad will be invited to speak and discuss on important topics such as the latest technology and the future of packaging and its upcoming challenges, as well as the environmental measures being taken worldwide. ■ Global Seminar:
Executives from two of the world's leading companies, Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH and Dow Chemical Japan Limited, will present their packaging initiatives and perspectives from a global viewpoint.

■ Global Packaging Symposium:
The Chair of the US Flexible Packaging Association and the panelists from representatives of leading packaging companies will hold a lively discussion on sustainability, innovation and the way forward.

■ Sweden Packaging Innovation Seminar:
Sweden is a forest rich country carrying strong industry legacy with a history of innovation and good access to raw materials. Sustainability is at the heart of Sweden’s cultural DNA. The latest solutions and initiatives taken in Sweden for global issues surrounding the packaging industry will be presented.

■35th Packaging Innovation Awards Ceremony:
Sponsored by Dow, the industry’s longest-running independently judged awards, Packaging Innovation Awards (PIA) is celebrating its 35th edition this year.
Winners will be unveiled at Tokyo Pack and there will be the display of winning packages that showcase “Every Innovation counts for human progress”.
