On Feb. 10, Japan’s new Development Cooperation Charter was approved by the cabinet. On the same day, the FPCJ invited Mr. Ken Okaniwa, Deputy Director-General of the International Cooperation Bureau and Deputy Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to talk about the new Charter.
The English session of the briefing had a total of 37 participants (five journalists from Germany, Singapore and the US., and 32 embassy representatives). Three journalists from China and the US attended the Japanese session.
