The 19th Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (COP19) is held from November 11 to November 22 in Warsaw, Poland. FPCJ has invited Mr. Masami Tamura, Director, Climate Change Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), to talk about Japan’s positions toward the COP19.
The briefing was attended by a total of 15 persons, including journalists from Bulgaria, Germany and the U.S..
