FPCJ invited Mr. Taisuke Mibae, Assistant Secretary-General for the Fukushima Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and Mr.Hideki Yamaji, Principal Deputy Director, International Nuclear Energy Cooperation Division, MOFA, to speak about the “ Fukushima Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety” organized by the Government of Japan in co-sponsorship with the IAEA, to be held on December 15-17.
The Briefers described how it was decided to hold the conference in Fukushima, and the details and expected achievements of the conference. The journalists asked questions about some events to be organized during the conference schedule.
