IAEA visited Japan to hold meetings with relevant ministries regarding to the handling of ALPS treated water at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO)'s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. The FPCJ invited a senior official of the IAEA to explain the outcome of the visit.
The briefing had a total of 78 participants including journalists from China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, UK, and US.
