At the end of November 2015, the Japanese government adopted the Urgent Action Plan to Promote Dynamic Engagement of All Citizens, a strategy that the Abe administration considers important.The FPCJ held a press briefing about this action plan, inviting Mr. Katsunobu Kato,Minister for Promoting Dynamic Engagement of All Citizens.
The briefing had a total of 47 participants, including 12 journalists from the U.S., China, South Korea, etc., and 12 embassy representatives.
