The 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9), to be held in Yokohama from August 20 to 22.
The FPCJ invited Mr. Toshihiko Horiuchi, Director-General / Assistant Minister (Ambassador), African Affairs Department, MOFA and Mr. Takahiro Hanada, Director-General, Secretariat for TICAD9, MOFA, to discuss the event.
The briefing was attended by journalists from Cameroon, China, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa and US.
