The Roppongi Art Night Executive Committee will hold Roppongi Art Night 2025, an art festival set in the streets of Roppongi, for three days from Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28, 2025. With the theme of “A Festival of City, Art, and Future,” the entire city of Roppongi will once again be immersed in creative energy.

Since its inception in 2009, this event has continued to evolve with each passing year, with this year marking its 14th edition※. Among the program highlights is “RAN Focus”, which launched last year. This program showcases a specific country or region by highlighting works by prominent artists from the location. This year’s focus is on Republic of Korea, featuring a diverse lineup of six outstanding artists, including Ayoung Kim, a video artist who earned a good reputation at the MACHINE LOVE: Video Games, AI, and Contemporary Art exhibition held at the Mori Art Museum, and Jibin Im, an artist who creates joyful installations of his signature “Bear Balloons” in urban settings.
Additionally, all across Roppongi—including museums, cultural facilities, large-scale complexes, and shopping districts—the festival will feature over 50 programs by approximately 30 artists, encompassing installation, performance, music, video, talk event, and digital art. Over these three special days, exploring the streets will become an artistic experience.
This event embraces shifts in the times and changes in shared values, challenging society to consider the potential of art to bring new insights and inspiration. Enjoy a moment of art in the autumn streets of Roppongi, filled with encounters and discoveries that stimulate the senses.
※ Cancelled in 2011 due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, and 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
