post date : 2016.03.08
Numerous important topics are expected to be discussed at the G7 Summit to be held this year in May. In addition to political and diplomatic topics including the global economy and international counter-terrorism efforts, healthcare issues such as countermeasures for infectious diseases and gender topics such as support for women in conflict zones should also be discussed. The FPCJ has invited Dr. Akihiko Tanaka, Professor of International Politics at the Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia (IASA), the University of Tokyo, to speak on global issues Japan should take the initiative in overcoming as the host state of the G7 Summit, and Japan’s contributions. Don’t miss this rare chance.
