The FPCJ has invited Mr. Toyohisa Kozuki, who served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Russia for eight years from 2015, to discuss the situation in Russia, the war in Ukraine, and how Russia changed under President Putin. He will speak about the current situation in Russia, Japan-Russian relations, and what role Japan should play in regard to Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
The briefing was attended by journalists from Germany, Korea, Russia, Taiwan and Japan.
