Conference Room
The large auditorium-style Conference Room is ideal for a wide range of uses, including lectures, symposia, and press conferences. Able to accommodate up to 80 persons, it is equipped with a wide screen, slides, PAL system video, simultaneous interpretation booth, and closed-circuit television.

The bookshelves here contain a variety of Japanese and English publications to broaden journalists' understanding of Japan and its people.

Reference Materials Corner
This display features FPC-produced materials. White papers and opinion surveys on various issues published mainly by government ministries and agencies, as well as various kinds of publications donated by enterprises, private institutes, and local governments, are displayed in this corner.

Company Corner
Pamphlets , periodicals, and other P.R. materials of leading Japanese companies are displayed in this corner.
