On September 1, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) held a briefing for the foreign press and foreign diplomatic missions on the MIC’s official report “2011 White Paper on Information and Communications” at FPCJ. (Briefer: Mr. Ikeda Mitsuru, Deputy Director of Information and Communications Economic Office, Global ICT Strategy Bureau, MIC.)
A total of 19 people including foreign press members and embassy officials attended.
